Parma Carpenters provides professional residential and commercial carpentry services including:

  • Custom cabinetry and woodwork
  • Framing, trim, molding, and finish carpentry
  • Decks, stairs, and outdoor wood structures
  • Renovations and repairs

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • All services require a signed agreement before work begins
  • Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be detailed in the contract
  • Late payments may result in penalties or delay of work

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their project
  • Ensure safe and accessible job site conditions
  • Communicate promptly about any changes or concerns

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photos, text, and logos, is owned by Parma Carpenters or licensed for use. You may not copy or reproduce any material without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or third-party issues
  • Damage due to pre-existing conditions or customer negligence
  • Incidental or indirect damages

6. Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Warranty terms (if applicable) will be specified in the service agreement. Wear and tear, neglect, or unauthorized alterations are not covered.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel service due to non-compliance, unsafe working conditions, or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be handled in a court located in Cuyahoga County, OH.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
